Hi, do you mean replying something like "it’s fine" or "don’t worry about it" ?
If so, here are some examples :
"Ce n’est pas grave" (Common, literally "it’s not that bad")
"Il n’y a pas de souci / problème" (There is no problem)
"Pas de souci / pas de problème" (No problem)
"Ne vous en faites pas" (Polite version of "Don’t worry")
"(Ne) t’en fais pas" (Less polite version of "Don’t worry")
"Ne vous inquiétez pas" (Another polite way of saying "don’t worry")
"Ne t’inquiète pas" (Less polite way of saying "don’t worry")
"T’inquiète" (Common casual speech expression, informal and mostly used among younger people)
Those are the ones I can think about right now. I’m sure there are more I’m forgetting about, but these should be enough.
Please feel free to ask away if you have more questions.

@808drac Yes!! And maybe we can also add "Ce n'est rien" (Polite way of saying "It's nothing") or just "C'est rien" (Same but less polite, preferably with friends and family )

*Ne t'inquiète pas.
*T'inquiète.
Pas de "s" à l'impératif. ^^
