Even for me, it's difficult to hear, even while listening carefully. I feel like I can hear "Lau" at the start, but the second half sounds like it could be "ma". He slurred his delivery a little. I think I hear "Laura" more, but it seems like most transcripts have "mama".
Because she's the mother of his children, he could be calling her "mama" as a nickname. Some American parents do this in front of their kids to be cute, especially dads. I think it models behavior for the kids a little bit, too. Kids get used to calling their parents "Mom" and "Dad" instead of using their names, which is disrespectful.
It's so common that sometimes it's played for laughs in TV. If a kid gets lost or separated from their parents, sometimes they're found by an adult who asks what their parents name is. If their parents are always calling each other "Mom" and "Dad" in front of the kid, you can expect a tearful "I don't know!" response from the kid.

It is "la-wa" or Laura.
Hawkeye has severe hearing loss, so sometimes his pronunciation will sound odd.

@TMmmmmmm I agree. It happens occasionally in the movies, but it is VERY inconsistent.

Ah, I don't really watch these movies, so I didn't know about the hearing loss. That makes a lot of sense, @Slognugget!
As for YouTube's auto-captioning being wrong, they're hit-or-miss. They use machine learning combined with voice recognition. I'm sure the machine learning part uses predictions based on other transcripts you can find using Google (YouTube and Google are owned by the same company, after all!). So, because the transcripts online are wrong, it made the auto-subs confident in being wrong, too.

@AnthonyP_ for me, youtube auto subs in english is kinda trust worth in a way... but i've never thought them using transcripts. cus i've seen wrong subs on movie all the time. here u can see this in the infinity war trailer:
-Tell me his name again?
-SANTOS (should be Thanos)
-We have a DANCE ONCE (should be Thanos wants)
https://youtu.be/mBeOUjf-NLA
i think they just do from its audio each...
