Probably not needed already, but what the official source says ( https://www.rae.es/dpd/radio ) is that it's feminine when used as "radius", it's feminine when used to mean "radio broadcasting" (either the medium itself or a radio station), and it's valid both as feminine and masculine when referring to the radio, as in, the device used to listen to the radio.
