Means "what in the world". It's used in different settings, but when used you got to remember to add a few words at the end of "I alle dager" for it to be used properly. Since it's a sentence that's used in many different settings. Example "Hva i alle dager er det som skjer" Translated "What in the world is happening". (Forgot to mention, but you should use "Hva" in front of "i alle dager" for it to sound right.) ^^
