I had never heard this term before. However, it's like 'guitar porn' or 'bicycle porn'. It's very impressive photographs such as sunsets (sunset porn) or beautiful guitars or fancy bicycles being compared to pornography.
My partner takes photographs of sunsets. I'm going to mention the term 'sunset porn' to her and see what she says.

ummm well let's not get in to what porn is, but sunsetporn is kind of a trend where people take nice pictures of the sunset, pictures which are peaceful and pleasurable to look at, and honestly they are very relaxing and beautiful.
People just put porn at the end of anything pleasurable these days, another phrase which you might have heard of is "foodporn" where again people just upload really nice pictures of food to make others hungry or to show off really. A bunch of sadists, I must say.

When I saw beautiful pictures with hashtag sunsetporn on Instagram, I was very awkward because of "porn". But thanks to your comments, I now get the image how to connect the word "porn" to some kinds of words.
As for your opinion of foodporn, I agree:) In Japanese, we call that 飯テロ（めしてろ meshi telo）meaning terror by posting nice pictures of food on SNS, which makes readers hungry again even in the midnight, ha-ha😀
