Kiitos = thank you
"Kitos" isn't Finnish and doesn't mean anything :)

I guess there's no difference if somebody uses the former but "kitos" is not a real word. Sometimes people like to noticeably alter the vocal lengths in the word kiitos for (questionably) comedic effect but I think the most common way is something like "kitooos".
