It varies naturally. Some people are prejudiced against any non-Finns, some against certain groups, some don't care much about the issue and some like immigrants for various reasons. We have a few immigrants posting here so they would know more than me about how common prejudices are. My own image is that Finns are usually quite quiet and non-confrontational, so they don't usually act out their prejudices even if they have them, although this unfortunately doesn't mean that it would never happen.
Statistically there was recently a poll, which said that around 60% of Finns would like more/tighter restrictions on immigration, which is a sharp increase in recent years correlating with the global and national trend of normalization of right wing populist thought. Among those with negative attitudes, research suggests that male immigrants are more negatively perceived than females and there is a racialized bias against the global south, while immigrants from Europe, North America and East-Asia have fewer negative or hostile stereotypes attached to them. On the other hand Finland also follows the global research finding, where people who have more dealings with immigrants in their daily lives have significantly less negative attitudes towards them.

I have many immigrant/foreign student friends and most of them don't speak any finnish and get by very easily in everyday life.
They rarely experience any racism or discrimination directly, if there is some, it usually isn't said to the persons face.
Sometimes some drunk racist finn might start insulting them or picking a fight in finnish or english, but it's rarely more than words if you don't participate and just back off, call the bouncer, whatever you need to do to calm the situation.

Thank you for your dedicated answer. I don't intend to became an immigrant, but as a truly admirer of finn culture and music, it always was a curiosity of mine. Someday I'll be a visitor and have the pleasure to know my favourite country on the world, if I survive the cold, of course. Thank you, once again.
