Chinita look is closer to the standards of East Asia. Looks they maybe closer to Chinese, Japanese, and Filipino as opposed to Pinoy.
Mestiza looks like they are sort of pale, but not as pale as Chinitas and looks like they might be mixed or sort of Hispanic.
Morena might have the darkest skin tone of the types of women.
