It depends on the context, but I would imagine that your sentence is a very native way of saying what you're trying to say (not to mention that it is grammatically correct as well).
Alternatives:
"I'm sorry, but I/we have already given them all away." (if it's clear you're already talking about the gifts)
"Unfortunately, all of the gifts have been given already."
"Sorry, but all of the gifts are spoken for." (if the gifts are physically still there but no longer up for grabs)
"I'm sorry, but there are no gifts left."

@lsm: "Unfortunately, all the gifts are taken." Sounds more natural for the third example.

You could also say "Sorry, I don't have any gifts left." Implying that you've given them all away, or they've all been taken.
