「とでも」は「と+でも」が続いたもので、「とても」とは違います。
ふつうは「~とでも言う」のような形で、仮の名前を与えるときに使います。
例
彼は、Aくんとでも言っておこう。
=これから彼を仮にAくんと呼ぶことにしよう。
