Yes you can! Watch movies and tv shows in english with russian subtitles. It helps alot.

@andjur Well so far your English is pretty good except for some grammar. I don't know if you'd be able to be fluent in 3 months- it depends on how much you already know- but try it out and you'll improve a lot. If you need someone to help, I can.
