When you say “闭上你双眼”, “闭” means "close" but you add the “上”. Is it a general rule? Or is it correct not to use “上”？谢谢你们！

必须要有‘上’ :), 因为‘闭上’是mot composé
也可以说‘闭起来’，把你的双眼闭起来=闭上你的双眼
祈使句(l'impératif)的时候，“上”可以去掉：闭眼

yes, we put a 上 there and I think it's a general rule. Normally we don't use 闭 alone.

Pardon, un peu correction. Il faut 闭上你‘的’双眼. On ne peut pas omettre '的' dans ce cas :)
