Question about Romanian

How do you say this in Romanian? should, shouldn't, must/have to, don't have to, mustn't

English offers a lot of subtle difference between these words. Namely:

"should" - not obligatory, but recommended

"shouldn't" - not recommended, but not strictly forbidden

"must/have to" - obligatory (sometimes "must" and "have to" also have a subtle difference, but often mean the same thing)

"don't have to" - neither obligatory, nor forbidden, generally discouraging to do something

"mustn't" - forbidden, not allowed

I know the Romanian "trebuie" is used as something like "should"/"must", but I'm not sure how strong it is. I also know the form "ar trebui" is closer to "should", but I am also not fully aware in which cases it fits.

I have no idea how to express the difference between "don't have to" and "mustn't"

Thanks in advance and sorry for the lengthy question :)
