They can be interchangeable, sometimes, though with slightly different meaning (ใกใใฃใจๆๅณใ้ใใพใ):
A: Do you have time to talk?
B: Not really. (ใใใใกใใฃใจใชใใใงใใ)
B: Not much. (ใใใพใใชใใใฉใใกใใฃใจใใใ)
A: Do you have any money I could borrow?
B: Not really. (ใใไปใฏใกใใฃใจใใใงใใ)
B: Not much. (ใใใพใใชใใใงใๅฐใใชใใใใ)
Sometimes they are not interchangeable:
A: How much milk is left?
