More and more wealthy Muslim people are visiting Japan these days. Japanese hotels and restaurants are finally realizing the importance of this market and trying to come up with specially cooked Japanese dishes that follow all the Islam rules. Does this sound natural?

"and are trying to" - just add in the "are".
Also at the end it should be "Islamic rules".
