A little unnatural
This make sense, but you would more often here something like, "I'm sorry, but we cannot accept this credit card. Can you pay with cash?" From a native English speaking cashier :)

A little unnatural
It sounds a tiny bit unnatural. If you can't take any credit cards at all, I would say something like "I'm sorry but we can't accept credit. Could you pay with cash please?"
This way they don't feel like it is just their card when it's really all credit cards
If it is just one card, Brandanr has a great answer that sums it up! Sorry if my answer is a bit long!
