They all sound natural and they’re kind of funny in a rude way because what they're saying is bound to insult people (except for maybe #1).
#3 is natural only if someone has a particular dance or dance routine, such as a ballerina or a person performing a dance in a show. Otherwise, people don’t have “a dance.” (It’s similar to asking “…have you ever thought about practicing your song?”) If you are referring to how the person dances generally, you’d say “…have you ever thought about practicing your dancing?”

Natural however: If a sentence begins with "No offence but..."... Then you're going to cause offence. Lol

"No offense" is seen as offensive. And you spelled "offense" incorrectly in 1 and 2

@SenpaiSaiya I work with someone who uses that and thinks it's perfectly acceptable.
So I invariably respond with., "Well Gregory(he likes to be called Greg) I really do value your opinion but.......".

It's natural, however I don't normally hear people say "no offence" unless they are being offensive.
If you said " No offence, but have you thought about practising your dance?" They'd probably assume that you think they suck at their dance.
