Do you mean Australian slang? We say "trackie dacks" to mean "sweatpants", and "barbie" to mean "barbecue"

Basically shorten everything.
G'day = good day
Arvo = afternoon
Breaky = breakfast
Mornin' = morning
also we tend to say 'a' instead of 'er'
Letta = letter
Betta = better
Shorta = shorter
and so on.
Sounds confusing but you'll get used to it

I am currently studying Japanese but am having a hard time learning to speak it, since we say 'ah' instead of 'r'.
Here are some Aussie slang words;
Cuppa - cup of tea
arvo/ths'arvo - afternoon
Mornin' - morning
gonna - going to
wanna - want to, (etc)
a cigarette might be called one of many;
ciggi
durrie
smoke
smoko (gonna go out for a smoko)
common words or phrases said;
Oh bloody hell.
Crikey
Mate
Oi, come here. or,
Oi, come here, mate.
Durrie
Fuckin' - fucking (sorry)
christ (or) jesus christ (once again, sorry.)
Oh, mate.
far out
cunts' fucked
swear words often used;
fuckin'
fuck
fucked
cunt
shit
and many other terrible words..
I hope this was helpful.. somehow.

Many Australians say “ta“ instead of thank you, and “lolly“ instead of candy.

For the accent, the o sound is like ooyu. The a sound is like ayi. The K sound is like a sound with k in the front. Like kayi.
Like Mate, it's like my+t
Like Katy, it's like (kite without t) + ty.
Like So, it's like soil without the l .

@oLevi Oh maybe my expression is not clear enough. But that's what I noticed from some elder Aussie. I think the young group in Australia don't have a strong accent anymore because there are many different people come from different countries. Like China, Malaysia, Singapore, India. So basically, the young group has lower chance to get a Aussie accent.
