Usually we finish school in June. It takes four years to graduate high school in the United States.

Do you mean how long is high school? High school in America is usually four years. As long as all of the necessary exams have been passed, which vary between states, a student can graduate after these four years have passed. Sometime it may be possible for students to graduate early if they have completed all exams and received all necessary credits before their senior year has begun.
Because your questions says "finish" not "graduate," though, I'll include the possibility of dropping out. It is possible to drop out of high school once as student reaches a certain age, which depends on the state they live in. If a student does this, they do not receive a high school diploma.

@minsung513 It's different depending on where you live. The school I go to ends at 2:45 PM (14:45). However, I know other schools in my area that end at 3:30 PM (15:30). It all just depends.
