I have no idea- this means the person don't know the answer for the question which is being asked. Another way of saying I don't know.

Your sentences are wrong, it should be:
"I have no idea" and "I haven't any idea". Both have the same meaning.
"I have no idea" is more common so you should just use this sentence.
