A little unnatural
I think "breathtaking" is a better word for describing beautiful views and landscapes. So, "An utterly breathtaking view" should be okay :)
"Speechless" is often used when you are shocked about something. E.g. If your partner completely changed the interior of your house and made it more beautiful, then you could be left speechless because of how shocked you are at the sudden change.
If you want, you can DESCRIBE the picture saying "This breathtaking view left me speechless/lost for words" for example.

A little unnatural
It still sounds a bit strange to me, to be honest. Other people might have different views (so maybe you can ask on HiNative again if you want?), but I've never really heard anything like "speechless view" before. "For an unobstructed view of the heavens that will leave you speechless, try the Sentinel Dome at night" would make more sense to me... I hope that helps 😅
