Maybe bread of porridge if they are counted in... But normal foods, like meatballs, mashed potatoes, fish soup etc.

mämmi, you need to learn to like it.. and its best with milk and vanilla souce!

its easy to eat, we eat that for dessert.. Mämmi is traditionally made of water, rye flour, and powdered malted rye, seasoned salt, and dried powdered Seville orange zest. The mixture is then allowed to go through a slow natural sweetening process before being baked in an oven until set with Maillard reaction.

Mämmi is an interesting curiosity, and it's worth trying out, but honestly, I personally can't stand the stuff 😂

Rye bread is very common in Finland. I eat it basically every day. Btw I love mämmi but some people just hate it.
