Question about Italian
I'm wondering about the italian pronoun Io/tu/lui/lei/Lei/noi/voi/loro, are they really necessary in sentences? Because I've learned for instance you're speaking as "Parli" and if would write "Tu parli" then the you would get a huge emphasis like "YOU'RE speaking." But is this correct?

yes. the verb form usually indicates which person is meant so it is unnecessary to state the pronouns all the time. It also sounds repetetive if you say it every sentence

Thank you! Is there any situation where it's needed to state the pronouns?

well as you get to more advanced grammar there's verb forms which don't have a seperate form for each person. for example there's forms where 1st 2nd and 3rd person singular are exactly the same form. In those contexts you have to decide if it's clear from context which person you're talking about.

Personal pronouns are not strictly necessary in Italian sentences. However, you can use them anytime you want to emphasize the subject.
