I usually say : nu kör vi! (with a bit more spirit haha) 😂

The closest literal translation from the expression "Let's go" would be "låt oss gå" which literally means "let us go". In my opinion, firstly to make this the content the same as "lets go" you need to say "låt oss gå vidare till..." which means "lets make a move to...". This sound very formal. To make it sound more casual use the expression above like "Nu går vi". Oftenly young people use the expression " Nu drar vi." which is fine too.
