What does the last sentence mean?
Leonard: Penny's still sleeping.
Sheldon: Every Saturday since we have lived in this apartment, I have awakened at 6:15, poured myself a bowl of cereal….
Leonard: I know, I know, look, you have a TV in your room, why don't you just have breakfast in bed?
Sheldon: Because I am neither an invalid nor a woman celebrating Mother's Day.

It's sort of an offensive way of saying that only disabled people/women on mothers day have breakfast in bed.

Why do women have breakfast in bed on mothers day?

Usually on Mother's Day as a way of thanking your mother (who traditionally cooks the meals) you make her breakfast and she can eat it in bed to be more comfortable. :)

On a side note, the word invalid, different in pronunciation than the identically spelled word meaning “not valid,” comes from a French hospital of the same name (Le Invalide) that treated the disabled.
