There are over 400 universities in Germany I can't tell you the best one. And it's also different depending on the subject you want to study

there is a good one in munich: TUM (technische universität münchen) there u can study physic, maths, ect. and nearby there is an institute called Maxplank institut für extraterristische physik

Germany doesnt really have this kind of university elitism
like for example in the usa - as long as your applying to universities in bigger cities you should be fine everywhere

@omarasparta I am half russian, I lived as a child in Russia and I am half french, I lived in France as well but I only learned it from hearing and not writing so I can't write words correctly. But I was born in germany so that's the language I can speak the best. I learn French and English in school. Acctually I learn english bc I watch a movies in english and chats😂😂
