The best seasides are imo between small towns. Since every popular town's or city's beach is overcrowded af in summer (I assume best=empty) you should try finding accommodation at some less known places. For example theres a little town between Mrzeżyno i Dźwiżyno called Rogowo. Beaches are literally empty and its really near to Mrzeżyno so u can always go there by foot in the eveing to eat/go shopping. Theres a shit-tone of shops and ppl in Mrzeżyno so u dont have to worry about what to do when u're bored. In Rogowo though ofc theres no luxorious hotel there or anything so u gotta choose between nice hotel and empty beach.
