Natural
Natural enough, though most would simplify it to, "What do you call the seat next to the driver's seat?" "driver's seat" tells people it's a car we are talking about with having to be explicit.

That makes sense! Thank you carrotisland! Would you mind answering my question by the way? :)

You're welcome. :) I wouldn't mind at all.
The seat next to the driver's seat is called the passenger's seat. In slang, some people call it 'shotgun'. If you hear someone say 'shotgun' or 'riding shotgun' in reference to cars, they mean the passenger's seat.

Really nice of you! Thank you for the answer and the information! What about the seats in the back? Do you also call them passengers' seats?
- English (US)
Natural
The seats in the back are technically passenger's seats but everyone calls them back seats.

A little unnatural
And the third row seat in a large SUV or van is sometimes known as “the way back” by some (including me).

That works too, but the “way back” had a certain mystique, which was good because it held the worst seats in the Suburban.
