D'après ce que j'entends quand ma famille de Bordeaux parle :
-prononciation de mots comme "poulet", "lait", "français", "fait", "c'est", etc. avec "é" au lieu de "è" ("c'est" est prononcé "cé")
-Le son "an" est un peu plus ouvert que dans le français "standard".
-La distinction entre "un" et "in" est maintenue, comme dans certains accents de Belgique et du sud de la France ("brun" et "brin" n'ont pas le même son).
-Pas une question d'accent, mais ils utilisent l'adverbe "gavé" pour dire "super" ("c'est gavé bien" = "c'est super bien")
Voilà, en gros ce sont les différences principales que j'ai notées, il y en a sûrement d'autres, et garde à l'esprit que je base ça uniquement sur mon expérience personnelle avec quelques membres de ma famille, ce n'est pas une généralité ! ;)

Oh, aussi, j'ai oublié, mais c'est pourtant très frappant : le son "o" dans des mots comme "chose", "pause", "cause", "fantôme", "polygône", etc. qui est prononcé avec un "o" fermé en français "standard", mais qu'ils prononcent avec un "o" ouvert ("pomme" et "paume" sont tous les deux prononcés "pomme").

l accent bordelais ou du sud ouest est chantant comme a Toulouse alors qu au dessus il est plat ou normal. beaucoup de region en France a son accent propre. Sud ouest c est différent du sud est par exemple 😄
