Question about English (US)
I heard "I don't care" sounds curt and it is like to say "I don't have any interest about it".
It's that true?
If it's true, can people feel like that whenever someone tells it to them?

@alexandrite Yes It can sound a bit rude. And yes it does also mean I am not interested.
A More gentle way to say it is ok if either thing happens would be:
I do not mind.
Example:
I do not mind when we eat.
I do not mind if we eat here or there.
