Two days ago I wrote a diary on lang-8. ( http://lang-8.com/200417/journals/1467790764839... ) Three kindness men was corrected a diary, and they choose different words for one sentence. I was look up in dictionary but I couldn't understand what is the difference. Would you please teach me?

Today -> means : in modern times, now
Since nowadays -> this expression is not used very often
These days -> means : in modern times, now. A little more general than using "Today"
