I received a formal email from within the company with 「大変失礼いたしました」 as part of the content. The other party assumed she had given me something when in fact she had not. How should I reply formally to the effect of「いいえ、全然大丈夫です」?

一般的にお詫び状に対して返信はしていません。でも、返信されるのであれば、このどちらかを言えばいいかと思います。
「先日はメールをいただきましてありがとうございました。
ご丁寧にお詫びをしていただき恐縮いたしております。
今後ともどうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。」＝I prefer to hear this. :)
