There is no difference, but accomplishment is used more often.

Both are quite similar, but are usually used in slightly different situations. However, they may be used interchangeably as you feel fit.
A sense of accomplishment would mean one feels that they accomplished something. One would feel pride and/or pleasure in completing or overcoming an obstacle or task, for example.
A sense of achievement means one reached a goal they were aiming for, and feels good about it. After all, wouldn't you feel proud that you completed something you had been working towards?
(I'll use a chess game to show that you can use both in similar situations)
Sense of accomplishment: "I felt a sense of accomplishment as my queen chess piece took my opponent's king piece. It was a long and tough game, but I was victorious."
A sense of achievement: "I felt a sense of achievement as my queen chess piece took my opponent's king piece. It was satisfying to defeat a veteran chess player, as I had never been able to do so before."
