practice, go to basics first and don't force the new language on yourself. try slowly and gradually understanding it. basically start from your 123 to your abc's and that's considered improving.

I have this app to learn: WordUp, Drops - there are only words and sometimes sentences, Listen English practice, Duolingo, Phrasal Verbs and English 3000 are like from the same apps but they are kinda different.
but if you don't want to use the apps I'm trying to find something on Pinterest sometimes, there is about English too, you can search there what you want.
