There isn't much difference, they all have effectively the same meaning. "Convince" is a little stronger though.
"Persuade" and "talk into" imply that you will talk to someone and try to get them to change their mind and do what you want.
"Convince" can imply that you will talk to someone and make them really believe that something is true or make them really believe that your idea is the best option for him/her.
In other words, "convince" is more like making someone believe they are doing the right/best thing (when they are actually just doing what you want), whereas "persuade" or "talk into" can imply that the other person finally agrees to do what you want even if he/she doesn't actually want to do it.
