In English, Breasts almost only refers to a woman's chest (boobs). You would rarely mention a man's breasts. Whereas Chest refers more to the generally upper body of men or women (not the fun bits...) The only exception to this I can think of is for the swimming style known as "Breast stroke", which probably should really be called Chest Stroke, but isn't

@weavory you're welcome. One other place breast might be used is for Chicken Breast. You wouldn't normally hear someone saying they were eating chicken chest. Chicken breast would always be used.
