They are all near synonyms. There are slight differences, of course, but at least brag and boast are pretty much interchangeable.
But flaunt is a little different.
When you FLAUNT something, you don't vocally talk about it. What you do is SHOW it. For example:
He BOASTS about his great wealth (he talks about it all the time)
He FLAUNTS his great wealth (he buys big houses, expensive cars, but he doesn't necessarily talk about them)

It's like to advertise, talk about, or praise something or someone repeatedly, especially as a way of encouraging people to like, accept, or buy something:
The minister has been touting these ideas for some time.
He is being widely touted as the next leader of the party.
A local car dealership was touting its services/wares on the radio.
It's like repeatedly try to persuade people to buy your goods or services by excessive praising:
There were hundreds of taxis at the airport, all touting for business.
