In which cases can I use "wanna, gonna, gotta, shoulda, kinda etc." ? How does it sound for native speakers? For example, can I start an informal conversation with someone using these short forms or it'd seem rude on my part?

These spellings come about because when you speak quickly, it can sound like you're saying this. They actually mean 'want to, going to, got to, should have, kind of', and you can use them at any point in casual conversation if they fulfill those roles
