@felipe97 puedes usar ambas formas pero es mas comun decir "eso" es mas informal

"Eso" esta sustituyendo de manera peyorativa a " El comportamiento" 'El sistema" "La costumbre" de obedecer. Cuando dicen "eso" es como decir "Ese rollo" "Ese cuento"
