All right means that everything is right, and alright means "fine" or "okay".
E.g:
Suzy: Ms Roberts, did you mark my test?
Ms Roberts: Yes! Your answers were all right! (The same as you may say "all correct")
While;
Jane: Sorry, I can't meet you today.
Bob: Oh, that's alright (the same as you may say "that's fine") we can meet another day.
