@Hana333: They are almost the same with "She should apologize to him" being more direct.

She might apologize to him. (she may apologize, she may not, it is unknown if she will)
She might well apologize to him. (same meaning, but "might well" means it is more likely to happen)
Bonus: She might as well apologize to him. (it would be better to apologize than to not apologize. Or: it wouldn't hurt for her to apologize)
She should apologize to him. (should/ought to. Kinda like 'giving advice')

'might as well' is softer language. it does not matter if she apologises. 'should' means it is important or recommended she apologise.

the first one your missing a word she might as well apologize to him sounds better, it means she should be the one to apologize and not him. the second one means the same thing its just a little quicker to say...
