ちぇえす? Do you mean ういっす? That's far more casual than こんにちは.

That's not "uittsu", it's "uissu". Can't seem to find any variant of "cheesu" or "chiisu" that I can think of in my dictionary, but I guess I do have a vague memory of hearing it said. It's super-casual, though.

I haven't heared ちぇえす. Maybe ちわっす or ちいっす?
If so, they are slang.
