Nandemo nai = It's nothing., That's nothing. Nothing special. Not a big deal(=taishita koto ha nai).
Nanimo nai (not nanimonao) = There's nothing.
Examples
Douka shitano? (Are you okay? Is something going on?) - Nandemo nai yo. (No, it's nothing. )
Arigato, tasukari mashita. (Thank you, you've been a big help.)-Ie, ie, nandemo arima sen yo. (No, no, it's not a big deal.)
Nanika kakushite iruno? (Are you hiding something from me?)-Iya, nanimo nai yo. (No, there's nothing.)
Kono machi ni ha(wa) nanimo nai (There's nothing in this city. )
Osoreru koto ha nanimo nai. (You have nothing to be afraid of.)
The meaning varies depending on the context. Let me know if you want more examples.
