What is the difference between "ni hao ma" and "zuijin hao ma"? What when I use "ma" I do not need to add question marks at the end of a sentence?

最近好吗？ How are you these days？
吗 is a mark of questioning as for speaking language. When you write a question down, it should be both 吗 and question mark （e.g. 你好吗？）

in fact,I think the two sentences have so little difference.just like "how do you do"and"how are you"
most situation,you need add question mark,but if your sentence just have "question words" but not have interrogative,you will not use mark.

ni hao ma dan zuijin ni hao ma dua2nya menanyakan kabar om raden.
ni hao ma : apa kabarmu
zuijin ni hao ma : apa kabarmu akhir2 ini
