@min-haneul oh, ok. You could say "you are a treasure to me" or "I treasure our friendship"
The difference is a treasurer is a finance position in a company. A treasure a collection of something valuable; In this case the "valuable" is your friendship.

Sorry, I do not know the song; but, if he is saying treasurer, I would generally say yes, because that is a finance position. Having said that artists make up to ryhmn, they also sing such that some words sound like different words altogether. If you want to check Google the song lyrics, that would be accurate than what it sounds like.
