Ikinagagalak kitang makilala.
ikinagagalak - nice
kitang/kita - you
makilala - meet
We do not have direct translation with that phrase/sentence. If you're going to direct translate it in tagalog it might be awkward.

what about kinagagalak kong makilala ka and ikinagagalak kong makilala kayo?
- Country or region Philippines
You can use that. I don't usually use Ikinagagalak kong makilala ka 'coz it's too long and kinda formal.
- Country or region Philippines
You can use either of those two as long as you're comfortable with that. 😊

Most of the time filipinos use English for saying nice to meet you. But in tagalog its.
(Nagagalak akong makilala ka)
- Country or region Philippines
Formal way: Kinagagalak kong makilala ka.
Informal way: oy ikaw pala, kamusta?
- Country or region Philippines
formal: Ikinagagalak ko pong makilala kayo
informal: Nagagalak akong makilala ka
- Country or region Philippines
You can just say, "Nice meeting you. or Nice to meet you." We are versatile.

or the very native way is "kumusta" example:
foreign guy: Hi ako nga pala si Krushan
Pinoy: hi, kumusta..
it doesn't necessarily need for one to converse in tagalog so formal or semi formal because pinoys really don't mind if it is formal tagalog or not, except when we speak in english because we care about the grammars and sentence construction. one more thing "ikinagagalak" word is one of the old words we have and rarely use...
I haven't heard of it for a long time now...

Formal: ikinagagalak kitang makilala
Informal: nice to meet you
We always use english when wanted to say that

How come different formal and different informal answers?
- Country or region Philippines
@MoJMo One of the reasons is we don't have a direct translation for the informal way of "nice to meet you", in the Philippines english greetings, phrases, etc are considered informal while the tagalog translations are the formal ways of saying them.
so it's
(Nice to meet you)
Formal: Ikinagagalak kong makilala ka.
Informal: Nice to meet you or "Nice to meet you po"(polite)
