And yes there are quite a few words which mean 'you'.
e. g. あなた、おまえ、きさま、じぶん etc.

It's "kimi" and yes, it means "you."
There are many words that means you in Japanese such as "あなた anata", "お前 omae (this is rude though)," etc.

Actually, it can be read as "kun" too.
We put 君 after names of people, especially, we put it to men's name. For example, "tanaka kun."
This is a polite way to call people.

@moonfacefk oh I didn't know that the same kanji could be read differently. Do people use the kanji for "kun" often or the hiragana version?

Yeah, most of kanji have two different way of reading.
We use both kanji and hiragana for kun.
