The right spelling is 'practice.'
Practice is like doing something to be better at it. (This can be used in any way such as drawing, dance routine, singing, or sports).
ex.
I practiced (past tense) the choreography of a very hard song.
Rehearse is doing that 'something' you already practiced "before" a performance. (This can be and is usually used for singing and dancing or any related to entainment performances).
ex.
We stopped rehearsing (present participle) because we already mastered the performance.
