Whenever you're talking to someone older than you, it's disrespectful (?) to not add an honorific ("Ate", "Kuya", "Tita", "Tito", etc) in front of the person's name unless you're close with that person. Also, not using "po" or "opo" whenever you talk to someone older than you. Filipinos are very respectful towards their elders.
It's also not disrespectful, but more like lowkey rude? If you enter someone's house without taking off your shoes unless the people living there permits it.
