"What he said in this time is also lacking in reality." -- unnnatural. First, "said" is in the past tense, so you should say "was", not "is".
Try these instead:
"What he said this time was also detached from reality."
"What he said this time was also removed from reality."
"What he said this time was also unrealistic."
